With over 25 years of hands-on experience in HR, OD, Learning & Development, and Change Management, Shiby brings a rare blend of strategic insight and process depth to her consulting and facilitation work.

She is known for creating safe, creative, and powerful spaces where people and organisations can reflect, realign, and grow — with clarity and compassion.
