ABOUT THE MODULE
Teams perform at their best when people feel they can trust one another, speak openly, ask questions, admit mistakes and contribute without fear.
Trust is not built through policies or declarations. It is built through everyday leadership behaviours — consistency, credibility, openness, respect and keeping commitments.
This module explores how leaders create the conditions for trust, openness and psychological safety, enabling people to contribute with confidence and take healthy interpersonal risks.
It moves from managing people cautiously to creating an environment where people can contribute courageously.

Can people disagree with me, question me or admit a mistake without being afraid of my response?
What is one behaviour I can change to make it safer for people to speak openly with me?
