ABOUT THE MODULE
A leader’s success is ultimately reflected not only in what they achieve personally, but in the people they help grow.
Coaching and feedback enable leaders to move beyond simply directing work towards developing capability, confidence and ownership in others. Effective leaders create opportunities for people to think, learn, improve and take responsibility for their own growth.
This module explores how leaders can use coaching conversations, meaningful feedback and intentional development to bring out the best in their people.
It moves from managing performance to developing potential.

THE EXPERIENCE
Participants practise coaching conversations, feedback scenarios, role plays, case discussions, reflective exercises and peer learning.
They experience the difference between telling someone what to do and helping them discover, own and act on their own solutions.
The experience encourages leaders to ask:
“Am I solving the problem for my people — or helping them become capable of solving it themselves?”
