We provide independent external expertise to support organisations in strengthening the effectiveness and compliance of their Internal Committee under the PoSH framework.
What we do:
- Serve as the External Member/Expert of the Internal Committee.
- Bring independent and objective perspective to the functioning of the IC.
- Participate in IC meetings and proceedings, as required.
- Support the IC in understanding its statutory responsibilities and processes.
- Guide the IC on appropriate procedures for handling complaints.
- Advise on maintaining confidentiality, fairness and procedural integrity.
- Support the IC in maintaining a prevention-focused and respectful workplace culture.
