We undertake an integrated review of the organisation’s PoSH framework to assess statutory compliance, policy and process effectiveness, Internal Committee functioning, and the adequacy of related documentation and records.
What we do:
- Review organisational compliance with applicable PoSH requirements.
- Assess the constitution, composition and functioning of the Internal Committee.
- Review statutory notices, disclosures and other applicable requirements.
- Review the existing PoSH policy and its alignment with applicable requirements.
- Assess the roles and responsibilities of employees, management and IC members.
- Examine complaint reporting, handling and escalation processes.
- Review provisions relating to confidentiality, non-retaliation and inquiry procedures.
- Assess the IC’s understanding of its statutory responsibilities and complaint-handling processes.
- Review IC operating practices, meetings and related records.
- Review employee communication and awareness mechanisms.
- Audit relevant PoSH documentation and records, including policy communication, IC records, awareness records and annual reporting documentation, as applicable.
- Review complaint-related documentation, where applicable and appropriate, with due regard to confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Identify compliance, policy, process, capability and documentation gaps.
- Recommend practical corrective measures and improvements.
- Support redesign and strengthening of the PoSH policy, processes and IC framework, where required.
- Provide an action-oriented PoSH improvement roadmap.
