From Self-Awareness to Meaningful Collaboration
Managers are often trained on how to manage people, processes and performance. However, effective management begins with understanding the person behind the manager.
The Manager Within is designed as an experiential journey that helps managers explore how their
values, life experiences, fears, expectations and behavioural patterns influence the way they lead, communicate, handle conflict and collaborate with others.
The Journey ME → BETWEEN US → WE

- Intrapersonal Conflict – recognising the voices and contradictions within
- Reflection – what have I discovered about myself as a manager?
DAY 2 — BETWEEN US
Understanding what happens when people meet
- Expectations – the invisible expectations we carry into relationships
- Perception & Assumptions – how we create stories about others
- Interpersonal Conflict – understanding what lies beneath disagreement
