ABOUT THE MODULE
Leadership is not only about how we perform when things are going well. It is also about how we sustain ourselves when things become difficult.
Pressure, uncertainty, setbacks, change and competing demands are inevitable parts of work and life. Resilience enables us to navigate these challenges without losing perspective, while well-being provides the foundation from which we can continue to perform, connect and lead effectively.
This module explores how participants can build inner strength, sustainable ways of working and the capacity to recover, adapt and move forward through challenging situations.
It moves from simply coping with pressure to developing the capacity to navigate adversity with strength and perspective.

REFLECTION
What happens to me when life gets difficult — and what do I need to remain grounded?
What do I need to change, strengthen or let go of so that I can lead myself sustainably — not just successfully?
