ABOUT THE MODULE
Leadership begins with the ability to understand oneself. This module invites participants to look inward — to recognise their strengths, patterns, triggers, assumptions and behaviours, and understand how these shape the way they work and lead.
It moves beyond simply knowing oneself towards consciously choosing how to respond, grow and lead.
WHAT WE EXPLORE
- Understanding self-awareness and its role in leadership
- Personal strengths, blind spots and behavioural patterns
- How thoughts, emotions and experiences influence behaviour
- Recognising personal triggers and habitual responses
- Self-image versus how others experience us
- Personal responsibility and ownership
- Moving from reactive behaviour to conscious choice
- The connection between self-awareness, effectiveness and leadership presence
- Personal mastery as an ongoing journey of growth
THE EXPERIENCE
Participants are encouraged to explore themselves through guided reflection, individual exercises, behavioural exploration, stories, discussions and feedback.
The module creates space to pause, observe and question familiar patterns — and to connect these insights with real situations from their workplace and leadership journey.

REFLECTION
What do people experience when they experience me?
What is one pattern in myself that I now recognise — and what would change if I consciously chose to respond differently?
