ABOUT THE MODULE
Leadership requires more than managing what is happening today. Leaders must also see what could be possible tomorrow.
Vision provides direction. Purpose provides meaning. Strategic thinking enables leaders to understand the bigger picture, anticipate what is ahead and make choices that move the organisation towards its desired future.
This module develops the ability to look beyond immediate tasks and think in terms of direction, priorities, possibilities and long-term impact.
It moves from managing the present to shaping the future.

REFLECTION
Am I spending most of my leadership energy managing what is — or creating what could be?
What future am I helping my team or organisation move towards through the choices I make today?
