ABOUT THE MODULE
The way we lead is deeply influenced by the way we think.
Our beliefs about ourselves, other people and the world shape what we notice, what we assume, the choices we make and the possibilities we believe are available to us. Often, these beliefs operate quietly in the background, influencing our behaviour without our conscious awareness.
This module invites participants to examine the mental models, assumptions and beliefs that shape their leadership — and to recognise where these patterns empower growth and where they may hold it back.
It moves from being shaped by our mindset to consciously shaping it.

REFLECTION
Which belief about myself, others or my work may be influencing my leadership more than I realise?
If I changed the way I see this situation, what else might become possible?
