ABOUT THE MODULE
Leadership becomes meaningful when it is grounded in clarity about who we are, what we value and why we choose to lead.
Our values influence the decisions we make. Our purpose gives direction to our efforts. Authenticity allows us to lead in a way that is aligned with who we truly are rather than constantly adapting ourselves to meet external expectations.
This module invites participants to explore their core values, personal purpose and authentic leadership identity — and to examine whether their everyday choices reflect what they genuinely stand for.
It moves from knowing what matters to living and leading in alignment with it.

REFLECTION
What do I want my leadership to stand for?
If someone observed my decisions, conversations and actions over the past month, what would they say I truly value?
