ABOUT THE MODULE
Leadership is ultimately expressed through choices.
Leaders constantly make decisions with incomplete information, competing priorities, uncertainty and consequences for others. Effective leadership requires not only sound judgement but also the courage to make difficult choices, take responsibility and act when certainty is impossible.
This module explores how leaders can combine critical thinking, judgement, courage and responsibility to make better decisions and act decisively.
It moves from waiting for certainty to acting with informed courage.

THE EXPERIENCE
Participants engage with leadership dilemmas, case studies, decision simulations, ethical scenarios and facilitated discussions.
They explore situations where there is no perfect answer and experience the tension between certainty, speed, risk and responsibility.
The experience asks:
“What would I decide if I accepted that certainty is not always available?”
OUTCOMES

REFLECTION
What decision am I postponing because I am waiting for certainty that may never come? What would courageous leadership look like in that situation?
